PenLife Associates choose York Against Cancer as ‘Charity of the Year 2022’

PenLife Associates is a well-established firm of Independent and Chartered Financial Planners providing financial advice across Yorkshire and beyond.

We are absolutely delighted that PenLife Associates have chosen York Against Cancer as their ‘Charity of the Year 2022’.

Hayley Johnson, Head of Engagement at York Against Cancer said “PenLife Associates will partner with us at various fundraising events throughout the year to raise awareness and funds to help us continue our vital work helping cancer patients in the local area. 

We’re so grateful for their support – they’ve been really enthusiastic and creative with fundraising ideas and we’re looking forward to working alongside them.”

PenLife Associates have set up a JustGiving Page and have made a fantastic start to fundraising by completing a charity bikeathon on Thursday 31 March at Bannatynes Gym.

A team of 16 employees cycled the distance from York Against Cancer in York to The Stroke Association in London (PenLife Associates other Charity Partner) via The Stroke Association Resource Centre in Northampton – 314 miles in total over the course of the day.

Thank you to our lovely clients, friends and family who sponsored us. To date we have raised £870 which is wonderful. We’ve got plenty of events planned.
