Monthly donations to York Against Cancer

Every penny you donate to York Against Cancer makes a huge difference – whether it’s funding lifesaving research or giving a family a much-needed holiday break.

If you’d like to make regular donations, you can sign up for regular payments. You can set up monthly payments in two ways.

How to donate monthly to York Against Cancer

To set up a monthly payment, head over to our donations page. Here you’ll be given the option to donate from as little as £5 per month. You can choose to donate £5, £10, £15, or a higher monthly value of your choice.

Once you’ve chosen how much you’d like to donate, we’ll ask for some details such as your email address. Alternatively, you can log in via Facebook. If you’ve donated money through Enthuse, our chosen charity donation provider, before, then you can sign in. You can also set up any marketing preferences at this stage.

Setting up a payment

Next, you can leave a personalised message if you wish, and if you’re a current UK taxpayer, you can also add  Gift Aid (an extra 25p in every pound) at no extra cost to you. Then we’ll ask you to set up your payment details, and you’ll have a direct debit set up. Please get in touch with us if you’d like to change the date of your monthly direct debit.

Donation through your work

If you prefer, you can ask your employer to take a contribution from your salary as a monthly donation to York Against Cancer. You’ll need to give them our registered charity number, which is 1130835, and state how much you’d like to donate each month.

Don’t forget, you can also set up quarterly, yearly, or even one-off payments. We’re happy to help if you need to change anything, so please get in touch if you’re not sure.
