Book of Remembrance 2022

Every year our ‘light a light’ campaign lets people remember a loved one with a light on our Christmas tree that is located at our Head Quarters in York Community Stadium.

On Saturday 10th December we were joined by Reverend Chris Park from All Saints and St Andrews in Huntington, Earswick and New Earswick who blessed the tree and turned the lights on. We were also joined by the wonderful singers of Stamford Bridge Community Choir who performed a beautiful carol service.

In addition to the light on the Christmas tree, each person that remembers a loved one through our ‘light a light’ campaign also gets their loved ones name in our annual Book of Remembrance.
